PHOEBE WORRALL PALMER
(1807-1874)
Peter and the other apostles replied:
"We ought to obey God rather than human beings
(Acts 5:29 NIV Inclusive Language Edition).

Why would the Lord ask me, "Where are My Phoebes?"
Was it her obedient heart? Her willingness to pay the price to live for Him?
Was it her determination to keep Him first in her life?
To order her life as He required?
Was it her questioning mind? Her need to find answers?
Her habit of asking Him for answers? Was it her habit of encouraging others to become all that God wanted them to be? What was it?
